Strange behavior for Anonymous users

This module has strange behavior for Anonymous users. In the access settings it is set that Anonymous Users can post review , but can't edit them . Registered users can post and edit. The strange thing is that I posted one review under the anonymous user and then the review form doesn't show even from different computer or IP. I understand why it doesn't show , but the normal behavior should be that you could set it up to allow Anonymous users to post multiply reviews.
