1. I changed the logo but also leaving the same measures and features is seen badly. How to resolve the problem? In what part of the css it is found logo. png?
2. How change the character of the site name?

1. Can you give me url of your site of send a screenshot to demonstrate the bug? Is it on IE6 or on other browsers as well? Probably you use image resolution above 96 dpi. Use any image editor to resample image resolution.
2. this is the selector .site-name in style.css (line 226 in the 5.x-1.1 version)
