I'm trying to resize the left sidebar but the main window doesn't resize with it. So you end up with the left edge of the left sidebar spilling out in to the background. I've tried all combinations of body and sidebar but it doesn't seem to help.

I'm trying to get a 95% page with a 300px sidebar. So I set page width to custom then entered 95% and selected 300px for left sidebar width. Did I miss something?

Are you setting the pull down menus to 'Custom Left Sidebar Width' and 'Custom Page Width'?

You need to have the pulldowns set and a width specified in the test field for it to work.

I am having no difficulty with f1m.com

yes I had all that set. It seems that despite me clearing my cache, reloading, refreshing etc etc that the settings were taking a while to sort themselves out. They have since started working without my changing anything. Now changes are occuring instantly so no idea what caused it to clog.
