When using cliplink on the filebrowser it copy a whole piece of code with the anchors in the clipboard.
When using wysiywg editor like tinymce, pasting this string in the text area ends with a non working link as the < and &gt are translated in html entities When using the link tool, pasting this string does not work, as only the url is needed.
I have added a clip url menu item that just copy the url (http://www.example.com/webfm_send/10). That works.

As per #803722: Cease support of Drupal 5? support for D4 and D5 has been closed. Sorry, please upgrade to Drupal 6. If you think this issue still applies with Version 6.x please reopen this issue with correct version tag.
