I received the following error message when sending an email to users in 2 Categories. If I select just a single category to send email to, the problem does not appear.

I'm not seeing this behavior. I'll bet it has something to do with the adding names and e-mail addresses and causing some problem during the merging of the lists. Try the 5.x-2.x-dev version and see if that works any better. I'm ready to release 2.4, but I'm waiting for confirmation of a fix for one bug.
