Add forum post form as one of the default available form_ids

not obvious. forum first post is not one of the forms listed below. as administrator you have to open up a new post yourself to see the option. when you see the list, it's not clear why forum post is not on it.

adding the forum post form as one of the default available form_ids would make sense as forum module is in Drupal Core.
