I just realised that the other topic with the same title is for 4.5.0. This is for 4.6.0 and the current CVS version. Trying to run the MySQL script results in:

#1071 - Specified key was too long; max key length is 1024 bytes

Looks like this is a MySQL (Windows) only issue, and unrelated to Drupal. Check here for more information.
