Over at http://drupal.org/node/156637, we've come to a consensus about "patch (reviewed & tested by community)" as the new meaning for RTBC.

However! ;) When that's entered in, it comes back as "patch (reviewed & tested by co" so we need a few more characters. :)

Here's chx's patch from #156637-30: Rename issue status "RTBC". That issue deals mostly with the name of the status, which is a webmasters issue, not a project issue issue, imho.

Yeah, the problem w/ that is it was rolled against 5.x-1.x. We need a patch against 5.x-2.x.
