[searching for a mudule] News

Hello again!
I again did not know where to post my topic. :\ I hope i've chosen the right forum. My question is if there is any module for posting news. Like that u write down one or two sentences and then you put in "read more" icon or text. And when visitor would click this "read more" text the whole text will appear in the main window. News block would be on the right or left side of the page.
What i need is integrated into Wordpress CMS. Screenshot :

Every item on the front page of this site has a headline, a summary, and a "read more" link. This is standard Drupal behavior. You do not need additional modules.
