Okay I've just straight updated this without changing anything other than what needed changing - I can't see any problems with it? It seemed to work just fine in 5.x and the update to 6.x is pretty simple... I'm maintaining this module as it completely fits my requirements, so if anyone finds any problems with it - post them here and I'll see what I can do.

*NOTE*
I should point out that I'm *expecting* a problem which I'm just not getting...?! I highly expected to have to change hook_init to hook_boot as the way the api docs read it sounds though hook_init is only called on non-cached pages? I therefore assumed I'd have to change to hook_boot which is called on every page request, but strangely if I do that - the css isn't added to the page? Meh, whatever... Perhaps if a few more people could test this and confirm? Seems to work just fine as it is...
