Insert a view between the node body/links and its comments/comment form

Please specify how to do that. If possible, the view should be automatically chosen based on a specific vocabulary term used in node’s tags. For example, the vocabulary V contains terms A and B. If the term A is selected for that node, the view X should be displayed between the node’s links and its comments. If the term B is chosen, the view Y should be displayed.
