Is Lightbox 2 required to run this module? It's not quite clear from the description.

Also, is there a more detailed installation/configuration instruction? I tried to use the module with imagecache and couldn't get the images to show.

Nope, not required, although you CAN use it.

Just visit the help page and you'll see both admin pages, should be self explanitory
