I don't want to allow the user to choose/change the theme.

Also, I don't see where the user select the themes.
Must the themes be enable in somewhere to use them?

I (Admin) would like to select a default blog theme for all blogs for consistency, but not have that theme accessible for other users to select.

@HellMind: you need 1) to select several themes in your admin panel, 2) give users the permission to change themes.

#1 is a feature request (@drupalgirl, you could have opened another issue, instead of hijacking this one).

@drupalgirl: your feature request is beyond the scope of this module. Actually, this is quite easy to achieve.

@beginner, that's not very nice calling me a hijacker. Don't assume the worst in people. Didn't want to have someone status the query as duplicate and close it. It's happened before. Different developers have individual requirements for communicating. I was trying to be considerate and ask on topic. Ask for help and get abuse. Gosh!
