Footer height issue

Description

There seem to be a problem with the footer, it is to elevated. see screenshot for examle

Just look at example 1, example to is for other theme.

The footer has been modified. The "Ported by.. " information is no longer there.

Since this is not an error that can be conclusively linked back to the original theme, this is changed to a support request.

How extensively have you modified the theme?

The background image for the footer is a fixed height, so there isn't much I can do from my end with how much space is available to work with in the footer. If you're comfortable removing the ported by info, I'm sure you're comfortable enough to modify other elements in the footer to make your footer content fit.

If there is still not enough footer space for your needs, you might need a different theme that would suit your needs.

I havent modified it.

No, I dont want it bigger, but the upper blokk is to elevated...

What do you mean by "to elevated"? Please clarify.

Please note that the original theme with the "ported by" information has padding around around the footer at 1em, along with a fixed height.

What are you putting in the footer?

Please provide an active link to where this theme is being used so I can see the problem.
