I'm grouping this only for the sake of simplicity and since the changes are so trivial. There's three issues in the current CVS:

1. The function hosting_nodeapi_web_server_delete_revision is defined in both node_types/hosting_actions.inc and node_types/hosting_web_server.inc.
2. in hosting_platform.inc, there's an empty #options label
3. wrong include paths in hosting.module

The attached patch fixes all three.
