Are there some examples of web plateform that already use the power of doctrine with drupal ?

I don't think so. We are just getting started with using Doctrine when building custom functionality. Doctrine is used a lot by itself or with other frameworks(zend, symfony, code igniter, etc), but not Drupal yet.
