theme garbaged when creating content without being admin

Description
When using 'create content' links and you have no admin permissions, all fields of the create form are shifted down at the end of the left sidebar, even if there are no admin fields to accomodate.
This occurs with Internet Explorer and Firefox.

I have the exact same problem, ive tried playing around with stylesheets and comparing the differences between the standard themes, but I just cannot get the comment block to shift up just below the nodes, please help

I facing this issue too. It happens when using create content as admin also, the text boxes to enter content would be way below the nodes.
