i want to know if there is way that i can add the google adsense code when the post if been posted to the website

investigate the adsense.module in the downloads area and read throughly the README.txt and/or INSTALL.txt files

is there a way i can edit node.tpl.php so that when i create a page adsense should show up automatically instead of adding the adsense code automatically ?

please let me know ? if anyone can help me on this because i dont understand the coding too much so dont wan t to mess with it

Personally I found, that the CCK and Contemplate module works rather fine for me. With CCK you can add toggle boxes for ad units to your pages (so you can selectivly switch banners on and off), while contemplate does a nice job of injecting the AdSense code into the content area.
