FLV media Player + cck fields + how to ?

Just installed the FLV media Player ( nice )

Does anyone know how to use a cck field instead of the upload module to specify the video file, do i need to use the media mover module to harvest the file from the cck field

Using the upload module you are limited by the the php upload settings, most of the videos im using are 30mb to 100mb, which i cant upload tru the browser

So i want to add the video url using a cck field, ive added a cck text field to a content type and changed the settings under the xspf playlist and flv media settings, but the video doesnt show up

However the video shows up if i use the the upload module and not cck, go figure

Can anyone point me in the right direction, also how do you create playlists ?
