Hello,

I would like to build a "room planner" based on Drupal.
This is the situation: a music school will have a workshop week with about 80 workshops, held by a handful of teachers in the music schools' rooms. The teachers should be able to enter their events themselves by specifying the title, description, etc., and perhaps pictures - but also the roomnumber, the time and the duration of the specific workshop. It is crucial that no conflicts occur...

The result should consist of individual pages about the workshops, and even a "master"-workshop-schedule with the information about all workshop. I hope this was somewhat understandable :-)

My question would be, what modules do I need? Has someone already built something similar?

Thanks for the hint. I already had a look at Openresort before and thought it will not fit my needs because i need the booking on an hourly basis or maybe even finer like minutes. I would also be having a hard time to change the bed-types into something else :-)

What about the module "availabilty"? Maybe it is possible to create a new content type with CCK for the single workshop and bring the time & room dimension in with the former mentioned module? Any thoughts on that?
