How to create groups of placeholder nodes (multiple nodes) with one click?

Hi!

I'm creating a conference website that includes info on events broken down into different nodes. So, for 1 event it would have the following nodes:

Event overview (parent)
- agenda (day 1)
- agenda (day 2)
- speakers
- downloads

Is there any way I could create the parent event overview and automatically create the linked nodes as empty placeholders at the same time? This would be the best solution because that would save the website admin having to create all the child nodes and link them manually each time.
