I've got a user-defined block on my site. I've given it a title. The title displays when I use the Garland theme. When I switch to the Tapestry theme (Blue Collar variant) the title is not displayed. Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong?

PS: I'm using Drupal 6 and Tapestry for D6.

I'm not able to replicate the problem that you describe based in the info you've provided. We set up a Drupal 6 version of our Tapestry demo page at http://www.roopletheme.com/drupal6, and all of our block titles behave as expected. I've created a few test blocks on this site in an effort to replicate the issue you describe, but things work as I expect. Anything you can add to your description that might help me duplicate your problem?

Apologies for wasting your time. I went back and double-checked and discovered I hadn't set the block title after all. I'd only set the block description. Everything is working fine.
