Is there a way to display all the letters in an alpha pager, regardless of whether or not there is any content in that letter? Ideally, the letter that contains no content will not be a link.

For example, if there is a view that only contains A, R, and Z terms, the pager will normally look like this:
A R Z All

Is there a way to make it still have all of the possible letters to maintain continuity? It should look like this:
A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z All

Can you please include an option to show the full alphabet or just show the letters that actually have nodes attached to them (which is the current way it works)?

If not, would provide the code to place in our theme function to accomplish this?
