Click on "Administrator"
Then click on "Menus"
Then click on "Edit" next to the menu item.
You will see the weight selection box there.

Thanks for ur reply.

I got changes on Normal menu items, but i dint get any option for changing the order of locked menu items in Navigaion.
These locked items are always sits on the top of the menu items which i have created.
I want to change the order, and i want to keep my menu items on the top.
Is there any possibility to do like that......

What locked menu Items are you referring too?
Do you mean that your menu is below another menu? Then that refers to the changing of the weight of the menus as a whole. This option is under "Blocks" In the "Site Configuration" area of of the Admin section.
