Some help text on admin/settings/coder directing the user to the coder page would be useful.

I installed the module, went to the admin by module page, went to the settings page, and then wasn't sure what I was meant to do next.

Thanks! I added a simple one-liner to the admin/settings/coder page on both the 5.x and 6.x branches.
