Teaser link to vocabulary term

The link to the vocabulary term (on the right of Read more) has the old syntax, for example:

http://www.domain.com/taxonomy/term/3

instead of

http://www.domain.com/category/2/3.

If you click on the link to vocabulary term from the teaser, the menu is colapsed.
