I'm having the same issue. Currently using this work around, i've created a new menu tree at the same level as Navigation and Primary Links, called DHTML and i've put all the links i don't want to see into that. I'm not displaying that block so they effectively disappear.

samtaylor commentedI too have this issue... i'd like to use this but the menu that the DHTML creates is too big and shows options I don't want visible to my users.
