When a user views their notification pages, specifically for author and threads, it's possible that they will have a large number of notification subscriptions (particularly threads if autosubscribe is on).

It would be a good idea to page the results for the above types of notifications. I am referring specifically to the code in notifications_content_page_author() and nofitications_content_page_thread().
