how to define a term should link to a external site directly?

Did I can use the glossary module that define a term should link to a external site directly?
It only links to ?q=glossary page now! I want to link a external site directly.
Example:
define a term "ibm" is http://www.ibm.com,
if blog had this term, it will show be ibm!
