Possibly simple request

I keep changing the front page's pattern for the front page to: "Interior Decorating & Design | Cleveland Ohio | Villa Collections"

Due to the theme I am using I cannot set the site name and slogan to the above as it references those items to slap them in throughout the theme.

"Interior Decorating & Design | Cleveland Ohio | Villa Collections" is the most beneficial title for search engine listing, so I would like to set it up that way, but it seems like manual input of terms under Page Title Settings> Page Title Patterns does not apply itself. Is there a correct way I should be altering my front page title? If this is impossible through the Page Title Settings> Page Title Paterns , is there a workaround or roundabout way I can get "Interior Decorating & Design | Cleveland Ohio | Villa Collections" listed as the page title for the front page?
