UMN Usability - Improve understanding of add new fields

Adding a new field is a two step process -- you select a field and widget type, save that page, then create the settings for the field. The current process has a 'Save' button at the end of the first step and people are not understanding that they are not done then and that they have to do something on the next page and save it. The best fix seems to be to re-word the 'Save' button on the first step and call it 'Continue' to make it clear there is more to do.
