Provide services wrapper for Gallery2

Gallery2 supports a simple protocol - the GalleryRemote protocol - that enables people at least to perform the most basic operations on the gallery using a desktop application (or any other remote facility). However, G2 still does not consist of a XMLRPC interface or any other uniform services API. Based on the Services module it shouldnt be too difficult to code a wrapper for GalleryCoreApi, so that the core methods would be available remote.
It is to explore the possibilities and the usage of such a wrapper.
