place ad within content body

Description
Is it feasible to alter the code in such as way as to place a marker within the content body so this module could place an ad within the body of the message? Your description currently says we can only choose for the ads to be above or below the content, but I have some 300x250 ads I'd like to put right in the body.

This can be done through a filter and is on the todo list of the module.
