Hi there,
Fantastic package. The stock level feature is useful, in that it emails you when levels get to the threshold. It would be better if when the stock levels reach zero, the product is either removed from the product list or marked as "out of stock". At the moment you can go on purchasing more products even when the stock levels are in the negatives.

Thanks for the praise! Perhaps a Workflow-NG event for product out of stock is in order. You should perhaps bring this up on ubercart.org. We use the drupal.org issue tracker for bug reports only.
