Comment Holding for Moderation

Is there currently a setting or module which allows non-registered users to have their comments held for moderation? I'd like registered users to see their comments posted immediately but would rather anonymous folks to have to wait (like Boing Boing).

Under Administer >>> User Management >>> Access Control
Find where it says comment module and check mark that anonymous users can access comments and post comments, but leave post comments without approval unchecked. This will leave anonymous user comments as unpublished and you will have to go and publish them. You can also download the admin block, which gives the admin a block with all unpublished comments.
