Hi,
Is there another easy way to attach images to content without using image assist while still having the ability to manipulate the images?
I am trying to delete the images uploaded to image assist and I have no clue how to do that.
thanks

IMCE provides a work area for each user, and as admin you can delete items from those areas.
no way to delete images from
no way to delete images from image assist?
wouldn't it be a pain if you have over 100 images to go through?
Even with ftp, you can't
Even with ftp, you can't delete those images.....
Erm assuming you are using it
Erm assuming you are using it with Wysiwyg editors such as TinyMCE, the images uploaded are located at:
www.mydemosite.com/files/images/IMAGE.PNG
Or, insert the image into a node and right click to see where is it located so you can see the URL and thus locate the FTP folder
Has anyone figured out a way
Has anyone figured out a way to delete the files? I went into the directory and manually deleted them and they still show up in the popup window when uploading a new image.
my directory is:
sites/default/files/images
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Okay....It is simply to go to > Content and delete the associated nodes. You'll know it's the image since it has image listed under TYPE
How simple but yet so confusing
