Whenever an anonymous or autenticated user accesses my site http://wwwdev.tsd.k12.pa.us , they get spammed with this message. It started after I installed the taxonomy_access module. Any clue how to fix it? I'm running Drupal 4.6, PHP 5, MySQL, and IIS.

im not familiar with your host, but you can stop the display of those warnings --> settings "error handling" set "write errors to log"

...after that i would change the host ;-)
