Yes, I actually did read the INSTALL file, but the steps to installation did not appear. Instead, I received a 404 error when I tried to go to http://drupal.org/node/128371 then I was denied because that reference does not exist.

Apologies for the inconvenience, and it's a minor flaw, but one that may be important to following the remainder of the examples provided.
