Tag comments with Taxonomy

Is it possible to let an author of a node tag a taxonomy term to one of his comments on that node?
For Example:
Node A
-------
Question
Comment 1
Comment 2
Comment 3 <- Can I tag this comment with a term like "Correct Answer?"
Is anyone doing this?
I would be VERY interested in tagging comments made on various nodes. Ideally, I would like site visitors to be able to add tags (different tags) to the node and its various comments.
I have yet to see anything that will do this in 5.x.
Tags for comments, yes!
I'd like to see this too, in 6.x.
