pegevent 4.7.x-1.0

This code is the end of the line for CCTV in Drupal 4.7. Next release is 5.0 based. Integration with MV has been full accomplished, partly through regular cron jobs that bring info in from MV into Drupal into the Program MV fields (path, housenumber, etc.). This is still very specific code that lives in a certain environment and context. That said, the code is robust and well tested in the CCTV environment and has replaced the legacy archiving and air sheduling tool there.

This will be primarily of use to geeks and others working on PEG modules in Drupal.

The 5.0 release will be more general user friendly ;-)
