Your views wil by default have all nodes regardless of published or deleted

Issue Summary

I just noticed all the default views, have only one filter

which is node type = torrent

Would be helpful if you included Published = Yes by default, or add some caption for this in the readme.txt

This is pretty simple, it will definitely be in the next release.
