Changes since DRUPAL-7--1-0-BETA1:
- Remove Drpual 6 update from D7 branch
- Remove t() calls in hook_schema as per http://drupal.org/node/224333#schema_translation
- Thanks cocoloco, removing now unnecessary in D7 hook_install and hook_uninstall calls as per #976800 and http://drupal.org/node/224333#install-schema
- Fix 'Implements' comments to conform to standard. Menu descriptions should be untranslated. Move 'Instances' menu item before default theme because it doesn't make sense in the middle.
