Databases won't get created, no taxonomy vocabulary

Hi all,

I tried to use ec-live subproducts but can't get it to work. I don't see the database tables getting created and the 3 vocabularies won't show up in categories. When I try to create variations or attributes they won't get saved. Tried flushing the whole database and install again, I must be missing something.
