Issue Summary
This means: The Content in EMPTY ! Nothing to see. Nada.
You only can view the Plaintext after selecting Message>Edit from the menu. (Tricky)
I don't know the structure of an email but after examining the mailSource this is conspicuous:
1) There are 2(!) Blocks describing the "Content-Type" in a row - never saw this in other mails.
2) A "Hello World" Mail takes 30k. Why ???
I'm using Entourage for years without this effect in any mail - so I suspect its a mimemail-bug.
Greetings from Hamburg !!

I'm using Mac Entourage 2008 and the emails come through but the html formatting doesn't. It does in Outlook.

Please try placing a blank mail.css file in your theme folder and re-testing. Let me know if you still see problems. This should tell us if this is a problem with your aggregated site CSS or potentially in the message formatting.

I have just experienced the same problem; I have tried placing a blank mail.css on the them folder
Entourage still doesn't show the html formatted text and images; I see html tags instead
on Thunderbird I see it properly now with a blank css as expected.... any hints?
thanks, Davide

I had this problem too. Jerdavis mentioned a connection with the aggregation of CSS files, so I went to site configuration -> performance and disabled "aggregate and compress CSS files". This fixed the problem and Entourage users can now read the emails.
Is there any possibility of getting this problem fixed for Entourage users without sacrificing the performance benefits of CSS compression and aggregation for all site users?
