no display of field in /admin/user/account_expiry

I see no fields, control except a submit button. Im still looking at the virtues of this module for a little while longer. I like it, but I just need it to work.

I cannot reproduce this problem. I see a row for each user of account type 'trial member'.
Can you document how you have setup and configured your account types module and this account expiry module.
Also does the user account you are logged in with have 'administer site configuration' permission? That permission is necessary until the next version revision.
