Add administrative interface on each mailing list level to change the default text used for the (un)subscribe button/link for that list, and/or globally. Default text should change to something like "Subscribe to List" "Unsubscribe from List".

This can be handled through a form_alter function. The default text has been changed to "Subscribe to this mailing list" / "Unsubscribe from this mailing list"
