By using the command line to install the sql for this module the $db_prefix from the settings are ignored, thus breaking mye multisite shared database at a hosting company.

The sql should go through normal install routines in drupal in order to take into account the different ways drupal is installed.

Except for that little niggle it is a good idea, and my testing of it seems to indicate that it works well.
