Issue Summary

I will provide a patch to support this soon-ish. I'll use http://www.rdlt.com/postcodes-van-alle-gemeentes-van-belgie-met-gps-coor... as my source. Thank god somebody already started it!

For my own reference: this is an example of how to provide country-specific map providers: http://drupal.org/files/issues/location.uk.inc.diff.txt.

Patch for location.be.inc attached, zipcodes.be.sql attached. But this can't work yet, because Belgium has duplicate zip codes as well: http://drupal.org/node/42901#comment-763351.
