I am planning to build a community site (that is, I need blogs, groups, comments, questions/answers, my profile page etc). I want to use druapl 6.1. Basically the website should look like www.teamsugar.com. If you have the experience building a similar site, please let me know. Give me a quote as well.

I don't reccomend building a community site on 6.1 at least for a few months. Community / SN sites require a _lot_ of modules and many aren't ported, yet. Unless, of course, you're prepared to finance getting the modules ported. I remember hearing the *sugar folks got around $5 million US in VC for those sites. :)
