Issue Summary
We should not allow removal of all groups if og option "audience_required" is set. The attached patch fixes this.

Fixed, thanks for the patch!
However, I have made a change to the patch in order to allow users with the 'administer nodes' permission to remove all groups if they wish (this is consistent with OG).
